Winter Adventures
Park City Mountain
Park City Mountain is the largest ski and snowboard resort in the United States with 7300 acres, over 330 trails, 43 lifts and 6 terrain parks. There is something for everyone.
With two resort base areas, plus runs into town, start your day on one side and end on the other (with convenient free transportation to get you back), or focus your day on a particular area of the mountain.
Deer Valley
Deer Valley resort combines the hospitality of a five-star hotel with world-class skiing. Over 2000 acres await with capacity controlled skiing (snowboarding not permitted).
While there is terrain for all the resort is particularly known for its grooming.
Dog Sledding
For the Luna Lobos team, it’s all about family. Owners and operators, Dana and Fernando have been racing sled dogs all their life.
Snowmobiling
Red Pine tours is located just around the corner from Canyons Village with over 1000 acres of private land available to explore.
Additional providers include High County and Backcountry Snowmobiling.
Snowshoeing
Wasatch Adventure Guides offers daily and special tours such as full moon tours. Additional providers also available.
Nordic Skiing
The White Pine Nordic Center features over 20 kilometers of classic and skate ski track that is groomed daily.
Local staff teach classic and skate ski lessons, guide cross country ski tours in town and the nearby Uinta Mountains. Rentals available.
Snow Tubing
Woodward Park City offers tubing morning through early evening with the longest snow tubing season in the area.
Additional tubing available at Soldier Hallow.
Sleigh Rides
Park City Sleigh Rides offers horse drawn sleigh rides right from Canyons Village.
Additional providers include Viking Yurt, Snowed Inn, Broken Arrow, Rocky Mountain Outfitters, and Fireside Dining.
Ice Skating
The Resort Center is an outdoor seasonal facility at Park City’s Mountain Village (Park City) base. Indoor skating is also available at the Park City Ice Arena.
Bobsled
A professional pilot will take you on a thrilling ride down the 2002 Olympic track.
Available both summer and winter, 16+ years of age or older.
